Jennifer serves as Head of Operations at Transparency International EU, where she leads finance, human resources, and organisational management, supporting the organisation’s work on anti-corruption, transparency, and good governance at the European level. Since joining in 2019, she has strengthened internal systems, enhanced financial oversight, and contributed to organisational growth and sustainability. Her background spans international development and mission-driven organisations, including work with smallholder farmers in Africa and Latin America. She holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
