Carolina joined Transparency International EU in September 2024 as a Trainee in the Rule of Law and Civic Space team, and is now a Policy Associate in the same team. Before joining, she worked for the Policy Department at the European Parliament’s DG EXPO and for the Embassy of Portugal in South Korea. Carolina holds a BA in International Relations from Lisbon University and an MA in Asian Studies from the Catholic University of Portugal.
