Charline joined Transparency International EU in February 2025 as a Policy Trainee in the Illicit Financial Flows team. Prior to joining TI EU, she did a Bluebook Traineeship in the Criminal Justice Unit at the Directorate General for Justice and Consumers, working on the EPPO and AFA files. Charline holds a double master’s degree in European Criminal Law and International Criminal Law, as well as a M.A. in European Political and Governance Studies from the College of Europe.
