Andrea joined the board in June 2026. He is currently Head of Policy and Advocacy at at the Transparency International Secretariat, after serving as the Civic Space Lead, Global Security Manager, and GACC Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Cagliari in Italy and a master’s degree in Public International Law at the University of Nottingham.
