Francesco joined Transparency International EU in February 2025 as a Policy Trainee in the Data Driven Advocacy team. Prior to joining TI EU, he was a Trainee in Audit in Chamber 1 (Climate and Energy) of the European Court of Auditors, at Consultancy Fleishman Hillard EU in the Environment and Chemicals Team, and worked for Italian NGO Legambiente on Environmental Rule of Law. Francesco holds a an LLM in Law from LUISS University in Rome, as well as an M.A. in European Political and Governance Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges.
