The General Assembly and the Executive Board determine our overall priorities and oversee the work of the office.
TI EU is an international non-profit association under Belgian law. The overall priorities of the organisation are set by the General Assembly, which approves the annual budget and the annual accounts and appoints the Executive Board. The Executive Board is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the organisation. The Board appoints the Director.
