Zoé Kappes
Policy Assistant - Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption
Zoé joined Transparency International EU in September 2023 as a Policy Assistant working on rule of law and anti-corruption. Prior to joining TI EU, she worked on migration and internal security at the European Commission. She also has experience in the areas of fundamental rights, employment, and social policies. She holds a BA in History from the University of Nantes, a double MA in European Affairs and Public Policy from Sciences Po Strasbourg and the Jagiellonian University, and an MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe.
