We, alongside transparency and accountability organisations LobbyControl, Corporate Europe Observatory and The Good Lobby have written to the European Parliament’s advisory committee to complain about Stefan Köhler MEP’s side jobs.

Apart from being an MEP, Mr Köhler earns €2,770 per month working as a regional president of the Bavarian Farmers’ association. Meanwhile, in the European Parliament, he works extensively on agricultural legislation.

European citizens shouldn’t have to ask themselves whether their elected representatives are working for them, or for their outside interests.
