14:00 – 15:15 PLENARY SESSION III: INTEGRITY PACTS – INTRODUCTION AND LEARNING Chair: Ms. Anja Osterhaus, Regional Programme Manager Europe and Central Asia Department, Transparency InternationalThis session will introduce the concept of Integrity Pacts and share experience of how this tool works in practice. A case study of Integrity Pacts in Bulgaria will be presented, followed by the findings from a recent learning review on experiences with Integrity Pacts that have been applied in different Member States. This will demonstrate unique perspectives from each stakeholder, as well as help illustrate stakeholder roles, responsibilities and relations management between member state authorities, civil society and private sector participants.
